Do you take credit card?

 

We do accept credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD, but note that because we are located on the french side credit cards will only be charged in Euros. You can also pay in cash USD with a better exchange rate.

Can we charter your boats starting from Anguilla 

 

Yes we can pick up our guests from Anguilla. We just add a charge depending of where we will take you to cover the extra time, gas and immigration fees. Just choose the location of our meeting when you make your booking (COVID UPDATE: Anguilla will normally reopen fall 2021)

 

Is the boat safe for young children?

 

Our boats are equipped with all the safety gears. We have life vests to fit young kids. The boat is high on the water and all closed, so there is no risk at falling overboard. Our boats are also very well covered with shade.

 

Is there some shade on the boat?

 

Plenty yes, and trust us when you spend some time under the Caribbean sun you definitely need to have some protection. Our boats are covered. But we also have a nice sun bath on the front for the ones who want to get the perfect tan.

 

What is included?

 

All our excursions include a Captain, the gas, cold drinks, some snacks (chips) and various size of snorkeling gears (including fins, regulars masks and our new EASYBREATH snorkeling face Masks).

 

What kind of drinks do you offer?

 

In our cooler you can find some cold beers (locals and americans), some sodas, fruit juice and Water. Some of our boats are also equip with a blender to make some delicious frozen drinks. And we can also prepare some mix drinks.

 

Can we cancel our trip?

 

All bookings require a booking deposit (20%) to secure the reservation. The deposit will be lost if not show or cancellation 72h prior reservation. If you have an emergency or need to cancel your trip just let us know as soon as possible.

 

What happen in case of bad weather?

 

We want you to have a wonderful trip with us, so we will never bring you into a storm or a day when rain is pouring. In case of bad weather we will reschedule your trip if possible. If not we will refund you. The weather is always changing here in the Caribbean, so it’s sometime hard to predict it. You can have some rain in the morning and 15 minutes later the sun is back. Also most of the forecast you will find on internet are sometime not really accurate and always say that its going to rain… If you have some doubts let us know.

 

Do you have snorkeling gears?

 

Onboard we have some adjustable fins to fit everyones, some regular snorkeling masks and about 10 EasyBreath face Masks (really easy, comfy, no fog and clean). We also have some snorkeling vests and noodles to make sure you will always floats.

 

Can we fish during our trip?

 

Yes you can, after we are not a Fishing charter company, so our gears are limited. And most of our destinations are not allowed for fishing (located in marine parks). So fishing is possible but please don’t expect a 500lbs tuna ?

 

Can we do our own itinerary?

 

When you will meet your captain in the morning you will make a plan with him, according to the weather. A lot of options are possible, but we will always try to do a “smart itinerary” and visit the spots in the right order. It’s sometime better to spend more time in a place you like than trying to go everywhere.

 

Can we join a group on one of your tour?

 

We do offers tours yes, please send us a email request to get more information about our tours.

 

Can I smoke on the boat?

Cigarettes and other flame smoking devices are not allowed on the boat. You can smoke from the beach. E-cigarettes and vaping are okay.

Where do we meet?

 

To reach our boats your will have few options. Anse Marcel is where we are located. This place is the easiest spot to meet, with a big free and safe parking. It’s also a beautiful spot. If you are staying In Orient Bay, Oyster Bay, Oyster Pond, Philipsburg or coming from the Cruise ships we will meet in Anse Marcel.

 

If you are staying in Grand Case we can take you in front of your hotel, by the beach if the swell is not too strong. If the swell make the beach pick up impossible we will take you by the dock in the Grand Case Beach Club. If the swell is too big there too, we will take you at the Anse Marcel Marina.

 

If you are located near Marigot we can take you at the Gare maritime were the ferry for Anguilla leaves but we will charge you an extra 100€ for the extra gas.
